Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is a vocational qualification designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead and manage teams in various settings.
Throughout the course, students will learn how to plan, organize, and manage resources effectively to achieve organizational goals. They will also develop skills in communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork. Additionally, they will learn about leadership styles and how to adapt their leadership approach to different situations and individuals to overcome changes and resistance.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level are likely to provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They may also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of teams.
They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

This program is delivered in the classroom and through structured self-study. Students will have use of college facilities including training rooms that are equipped with data projectors and screens: access to computers, printers, unlimited internet and library resources.

Students obtaining a ‘competent’ result for all listed competencies will achieve a Qualification title.
