Our first booking is 9:15am, and last booking is 2:45pm. We offer 1h, 1.5h or 2hs treatments subject to availability.

Treatment options: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Remedial Massage.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy 

We understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes appointments need to be changed. As a training clinic, your appointments not only support your well-being, but also provide vital hands-on experience for our students. Your reliability is greatly appreciated. 

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, regardless of how you made your booking. 

Cancellations or reschedules can be made SMS to 0481 315 137, by phone call, or email to admin@afwe.edu.au. 

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up to your appointment, a $10 late cancellation/no-show fee will apply and will be added to your client file. This fee must be paid on the day of your next appointment. If the outstanding fee is not paid, we reserve the right to decline future bookings until the balance is settled. 

Due to the nature of our student clinic, cancellations/rescheduling may occasionally occur if a student becomes ill or unavailable. We will always notify you as soon as possible via phone, email, or SMS if this happens, and no cancellation fee will apply. 

We may send SMS or call clinic client 1–2 days before your scheduled appointment as a courtesy reminder. Please follow the instruction and reply to confirm or cancel, no cancellation fee will be applied if notification received more than 24 hours. We may cancel the appointment if no response is received and no cancellation fee will apply. 

Same-day appointment time changes may be allowed subject to availability/ situation and are not considered a cancellation if we are able to accommodate your request. Please call us as early as possible. 

(We offer Nationally Accredited training HLT52021 Diploma of Remedial Massage. As part of their qualification, all students are required to complete at least 200 hours of supervised practical training on campus. To help our students achieve this requirement as in the national training package, AFWE has established a professional and supervised student clinic. It is a workplace simulated environment, where our students perform the knowledge and skills learned throughout their course. Our students are supervised by qualified trainers and assessors.
